HD Rugged Cart
Built to take the whole system anywhere on the property. Pneumatic tires roll over gravel, grass, curbs and rutted ground, so you can bring full tanks right to the base of the building. The configuration for large jobs and multi-building sites.

Truck-Bed Mount
Drop the base plate straight into the bed and work off the truck. The reel comes off on 18 ft of line, so you can lift it out of the bed and set it facing whichever way you're spraying rather than fighting the hose around the tailgate. From there, 250 ft of line covers roughly an acre of property without moving the truck.

Dolly Wheels
The setup for getting the system to and from where it will sit. Roll it out of the shop, into the truck bed, off again at the job - then lock the brakes and work. On a sloped driveway or an uneven pad, the brakes hold the system where you parked it instead of letting it creep while you're on the roof.

Most dealers are still applying product out of a 15 L backpack sprayer. It works - until the roof is big, the pitch is steep, or the tank runs dry halfway through a section. Here's what changes when the product stays on the ground.
It pays for itself in efficiency
Our system holds 110 L across two switchable tanks with 250 ft of hose. A backpack sprayer holds 15 L. This is the difference between dozens of climbs down to mix and refill, and one system that covers roofs up to 7,000 sq ft. Count the hours you stop losing on every job and the system pays for itself faster than most dealers expect.
Both hands, solid footing
Nothing on your back means nothing shifting your balance as you move on and off the ladder and across the roof. Our 24 ft extension pole and 2 different length spray guns give you infinite control and keep you away from the roof's edge. Wet-on-wet applications can be done safely and effectively. Versatility means that some jobs can be done from the ladder or from the ground with the extension gun.
A system designed for our product
Built to the highest quality standards. The hose has a very specific rating designation for the transfer of biofuel and harsh chemicals. No memory or wire braiding allows for pliability and flexibility for ease of use. Every quick connector and joint is built with high quality stainless which is more durable than brass.

Removable tanks, filter & reel
110 L total with a pressure gauge per tank, for consistent application and pressurised drainage for infinite control. Tanks and reel lift off the base easily for cleaning and maintenance.
Spray gun set
Two high-end trigger guns with infinite pressure control and built-in swivel on steel wands - plus a 24 ft telescoping extension gun. All guns are fitted with high quality stainless quick connects. 3 colour coded tips in 3 different sizes are included with the gun set.
Transfer pump
Rechargeable, on a 10 ft hose. Moves product easily straight from the 20L containers into your tanks, quickly and efficiently. No more balancing a funnel and pouring by hand - nothing spilled down the side of the tank or onto the driveway.
10 ft drain hose & ball valve
Empties leftover product out of the tanks and back into your cans quickly and cleanly - no spill, no mess, and nothing left sitting in the tank at the end of the day.
- Mixing whip tip - sized and designed for mixing product directly in the tank, so every batch is mixed quickly and thoroughly before a drop reaches the gun.
- Spare inline filter - the filter keeps tank residue out of the line, so nothing settled in the tank ends up in your spray pattern. One filter typically lasts a season.
- Extra thread seal tape - enough to re-seal fittings in the field without a hardware run.
